Intense violet color. In the nose, aromas of black fruits, violets, and spices. Mineral and graphite notes. Great balance and freshness in the mouth, with good concentration and medium structure. Soft tannins and persistent finish.
The velvety, soft mouth feel of this concentrated Dona Paula Malbec combines with sweet, spicy aromas for a delicious experience alone or paired with food. The dark purple wine holds notes of red fruits and Herbes de Provence. You may also taste blackberry, plum, black cherry, tobacco, and cocoa powder. It is somewhat dry and acidic, with only 2.4g/l of residual sugar. Although the softness and elements of sweetness make it easy to drink, it has a high alcohol content of 14%.
