Dominique Crochet Sancerre Blanc 2022

A basic and somewhat unbalanced Sancerre with 12.5% abv. of bright golden colour. Fresh and fruity scents of passion fruit, grassy flavours, gooseberry and white pepper paired with a clear minerality.

On the palate it's slim and elegant with more grassy flavours, gooseberry, passion fruit and citrus fruits. Med- bodied with a high acidity and a medium length finish with citrus fruits.
