Domini Veneti Soave Classico 2017 |
The name of this famous wine comes from Svevi or Suavi, one of the peoples who attempted to conquer Italy in the Middle Ages. Some hold that Dante gave this city near Verona the name Soave for the excellence of its wine. Let yourself be tickled by the delicate scent of white fruit, slightly floral, and amaze your palate with the final note of bitter almond that is typical of the Garganega vine. When? It is best enjoyed with appetisers and pasta dishes with vegetables and fish.

Lovely with light seafood and pasta.
It's a lovely wine, very drinkable with a nice light seafood & pasta as we hunker down in isolation. Too expensive to swill....it deserves more respect, but don't we all?
Poor quality even at low price
This is flat, thin Soave even at the low price. Already over-the-hill color and metallic palate. Why sell this?
