Aromas of dried apple, apricot, stone, lemon zest and curd. It’s medium-bodied with tangy acidity and a bright, flavorful finish. 

Exhibits a strong and complex bouquet with notes of honey and acacia that evolve over time to dried fruit and hazelnut.
