Domaine Pierre Labet Gevrey-Chambertin Vieilles Vignes 2016

Notes of game, wood toast, earth and humus can be found on the fresh and cool red currant and green tea-scented nose. There is a subtle trace of minerality present on the nicely refined medium-bodied flavours that retain good delineation before culminating in focused, sleek, intense and lingering if slightly rustic finish. 

Pale ruby on the eye. Amazing bouquet full of maraschino cherries and a hint of roses. Medium to almost full bodied wine, light intensity with very balance acidity and alcohol. Cherries continue on the fore pallet but with much less pronunciation and more minerality on the after pallet.
