Domaine Patrick Baudouin Coteaux du Layon Les Bruandieres 2015

Golden yellow color, smells of honey, golden raisin, and honeydew, medium body, tastes of brown sugar, yellow plum, candied pineapple and white peach, smooth mouthfeel with mild acidity, lively and delicious, not overtly sweet, great with tar tar tin or fruit tart. 

Tremendously sweet but perfectly balanced. Lots of tropical fruit, honey and pineapple.
