More on the tropical side - dried yellow mango, sweet pineapple, just a touch of yellow apples and a hint of honey. Good acidity, but has some nice sweetness at the end of the sip, thus was great with blue mold cheese

Slow, gentle pressing, 24 hours' settling of must. Indigenous yeast alcoholic fermentation and aging on fine lees in Burgundian oak barrels (1-4 years old). Blending and settling in tank before bottling.

A  great, up and coming producer in Anjou, Patrick is gaining many fans with his natural, old school approach to making top notch, terroir transparent Chenins.
