IT'S ALL IN THE DETAILS
This Monthelie blanc is harvested by hand, as all the wines of the estate are. The grapes are first picked out in the vineyards, and then rigorously sorted out twice. After a total stalking of the grapes, the berries are delicately lead to the vats, to avoid any crushing.
Alcoholic fermentation begins with natural yeasts, after a few days of cold maceration. After the pressing, wines are put into oak barrels by gravity in the Parent family's bicentennial cellars.
It has a lovely peachy bouquet with touches of brioche. The well-balanced palate offers touches of orange peel and apricot. Nicely focused with good weight on the finish.
