Domaine Parent Corton Les Renardes 2017

The 2017 Corton les Renardes Grand Cru is 100% whole cluster fruit matured in one used barrel. The nose is initially more backward, but very pure. Perhaps a little timid at first, but it opens with candied red fruit, a touch of crushed rose petal and fine mineralité.

The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannin, beautifully balanced with the acidity lending edginess on the concentrated finish that lingers long in the mouth. Excellent.
