Domaine Netofa Latour Netofa 2018

This complex and structured wine is bright straw in color with aromas of fresh spring flowers, hay, ripe citrus fruit, quince and Anjou pear. Medium-bodied, with notes of tart pear, quince, lime, and minerality the Latour White offers medium acidity, with hints of honeydew, green apple and hazelnuts on the long finish.

The soil of the vineyard of Domaine Netofa allows the Syrah and Mourvedre grapes to develop all of their qualities. Patiently vinified and assembled, these two grape varieties express themselves in a fine, fruity, and generous red wine. This wine is perfect with Mediterranean cuisine, poultry, and meat.
