Domaine Michel Niellon Chevalier Montrachet 2019

Pale colour, with lightest of green reflections, very discreet in bouquet, but demonstrating an obvious sense of power too. Cool fresh white fruit appears, then at mid palate that there is a lemony lift, a very fine tensile thread throughout, graceful not explosive.

Class in a glass! 

The wine is firmly structured, with lots of racy acidity and plenty of extract, but there is never a loss of elegance or finesse. This is a superb wine that will easily continue to improve for thirty or forty years in a proper cellar.
