The 2018 Bourgogne Côte d’Or is a bright red wine. Cherry, bilberry and light black olive scents can be found on the nose.
The palate is medium-bodied with slightly chalky tannins that frame the vivid blueberry and strawberry fruit toward the energetic finish. There is good volume and richness to the nicely vibrant flavors that possess a lovely mid-palate texture that contrasts somewhat with the moderately rustic and ever-so-mildly drying finale.
