This 2015 E Prove Blanc is a delicious, luscious white wine with an excitingly aromatic nose that exposes scents of everything from marzipan, nutty almond and toasted marshmallow to over-ripe kiwi, juniper and acacia flower.
There is an attractive green hue to the colour. The wine has citrus fruits on the nose together with white fruits and also floral notes. It is both fresh and full-bodied on the palate with the typical Vermentinu characteristics of our "terroir" (region): grapefruit, apricot, acacia flowers and a mineral edge. There is also a hint of grilled almonds.
A lightly perfumed wine, this is fruity with peppered lemon and melon flavors. It has a crisp edge and finishes with bright acidity.
