The Domaine le Sang des Cailloux Vacqueyras 2019 is a blend of 70% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 5% Mourvèdre, and 5% Cinsault. A very rustic, tannic wine with a deep horse saddle aroma. Tastes of dried berries, thyme, clay, and cassis. A savory, earthy finish that’s welcome on a chilly winter’s day. Pair this with stews or hearty fare, it’s a full, primal wine that demands the same of a food pairing. 

This is a Medium bodied wine with balanced acidity.
