Domaine Laroche 14 Chablis Blanchots

All the qualities of the Grand Cru Les Blanchots du Domaine Laroche terroir are transmitted to the grapes, which are harvested and sorted manually. Then, each plot is vinified and aged separately in barrels, casks or vats, according to its profile. Then, at the beginning of summer, the Obedience Reserve is assembled.

Only the best samples are kept, those that reveal unparalleled finesse and silkiness. The objective is to remain faithful to the terroir and to approach the ideal wine if it exists: fine, racy, complex and intense but mineral and capable of aging for at least twenty years.
