Easy-going and generous, this wine’s for you after a hard day in the office! Soft, ripe fragrances of blackberry, dark cherry, leather with a hint of licorice, clove and vanilla. A bit of jam flavour in between and ending with just a touch of minerality.

Round and soft tannins. Ideal with a simple dinner of beef casserole or local char siu and soya chicken with rice!
