Pale yellow in color. Fresh, fruity aromas of white peach, lemon and pomelo. Fresh and fruity in the mouth.

After destemming grapes are crushed and undergo a period of cold maceration. The juice is allowed a period of cold settling before temperature controlled fermentation. The wine is aged on the lees for 3 months before bottling.
