Puig Oriol offers aromatic nose density of ripe cherry, mashed black-currant and raspberry with otherwise spicy notes. Tannins will soften with time, after 3 years the mouth will turn ample and velvety .
It goes well with cooked meats, game in sauces and, of course, with cheese. Generally it is better to open the bottle a couple of hours before serving, at around 18°c.
