Domaine La Providence VDF Rouge "à l"Aventure" (Cinsault/Grenache) 2021

The exact blend is 40% Cinsault, 30% Grenache, 20% Carignan and 10% Syrah. The four varieties are picked and vinified separately, each going through a 15 day carbonic maceration of about 15 days in tank, where it also finished fermentation.

The pre-blended wines were then aged individually in 500-liter demi-muids for six months with regular bâtonnage and without racking. After blending, a small amount of S02 was added before bottling.
