The Justin Girardin Chassagne-Montrachet Blanc Premier Cru Morgeot has a light straw yellow color with notes of orange peel, yellow plum and apple in the nose. After some rolling we also smell the oak notes such as hazelnut, vanilla and some smoky notes. In the mouth, the wine is powerful and exciting. Chalky and smoky. Slightly salty with a long finish. Delicious with scallops with lemon butter.
