Domaine Humbert Freres Gevrey-Chambertin Poissenot 2018

Poissenot is a comparatively unknown Gevrey Premier Cru, as only five producers make it. But this is well worth tracking down, especially in hot vintages, as it's one of the coolest sites in the village.

This is showing its oak at little at the moment, but the underlying wine is racy, sweet and well-balanced, driven by freshness, zip and acidity.
