Pale yellow colour. A surprising milky curdy, sour milk aroma, together with grass, hay, artichoke, slight butter. Then on the palette it's got a bright acidity, the texture is slightly heavy and almost like a honey.
Honestly perhaps slightly flabby but very good on its own - perhaps with some roasted or steamed vegetables and or a risotto.
