The distinguishing local grape variety in Saint-Pourçain is the Sacy, or Tressallier which is super rare and extremely hard to find here in the US.
This is a blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Tressallier, with no oak influence resulting in a fresh, lively white wine that is zippy and lip smacking with tons of interesting flavors and nuances.
