This is notably ripe and not quite as fresh as the Chaumes with its floral-inflected nose of liqueur of dark cherry and wide range of spice elements.

There is excellent richness to the impressively concentrated medium-bodied flavors that possess a velvety, even suave mouth feel before culminating in a balanced and complex finale that delivers just a bit more persistence.
