Domaine Franck Chavy Brouilly Cuvee Julmary 2021

This Brouilly "Julmary" is powerful and beautifully concentrated. Its dark garnet color reflects its fleshy side. On the nose the wine is very fruity with notes of black fruits and spices. On the palate the wine is ample, greedy, complex and balanced. A great Brouilly!

Franck Chavy only uses perfect grapes at the start of the vat. This requires strict sorting of the harvest, but also by controlling low yields, the integrity of the grapes, the foliage... For vinification, the estate carries out very long macerations to let the terroir express itself, the tannins thus extracts bring roundness and power. The wines are then stored in neutral containers to preserve the fruitiness for bottling in the spring.
