A blend of different lieux-dits from the commune of Burgy, this cuvée sees only the stainless steel tank during its maturation. Highlighting the typical characteristics of the Chardonnay of the Mâconnais, in the south of seductive Burgundy.
The wine expresses itself with notes of honey flowers, a subtle minerality as well as a round texture that make it a winning choice to accompany many fish and seafood dishes, as well as soft cheeses.
