Their Saint-Joseph Blanc is pressed gently, then ferments in stainless steel tanks to preserve their natural aromatics and acidity. They Faurys then age the wines for 10 months on a combination of its lees, in stainless steel, and in barrel. Round and enticing notes of honeysuckle and stone fruits keep you coming back for more. Perfect for Easter ham!
Pale yellow; has an easy, open, inviting bouquet, dried fruits with a crisp citrus overtone and a smudge of butter. The palate is tangy, direct, carries roast nuts, salt, white plum. This has good grip, a keen finish, is very drinkable due to bracing freshness.
