It has a wonderful bouquet, extremely well defined with scents of crushed stone permeating the green apple and citrus aromas. This gains complexity with just a couple of swirls.
The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, more saline than the Bienvenue with a sappy and persistent finish. Impressive classicism here considering the warmth of the summer.
