The Boillot family has owned vines in Volnay since 1850. A century later, Lucien Boillot acquired vines in Gevrey-Chambertin where he decided to set up his estate. Her son Pierre is now the head of the estate. 

Domaine des Varoilles Chambertin does not hide its character and its righteousness. A bloody wine, whose crunchy fruit reveals the power of the terroir.
