DESCRIPTION
A pale dry Pinot Noir rosé from the Loire Valley. Nearly as pale as the palest Provence rosé, but with a bolder redder tinge. Really clean and dry with more mineral drive and pert structure, and strawberry and redcurrant characters leading to a clean crisp finish. Great aperitif, perfect drinking in a balmy Summer's garden, but with its touch more structure the Sancerre Rosé accompanies light suppers, salads or soft cheeses with some elegance.
Limpid orange-pink. Fresh red berries, pink grapefruit and white flowers on the mineral-accented nose and in the mouth. Shows good clarity and slowly puts on weight with air. A nervy, lithe rose that delivers solid finishing thrust and repeating floral and mineral qualities.
