Under a gibbous moon with purple shades, Geppetto returns home with his arms laden with vines. He greets with a wink his Figaro cat before sitting in front of the fireplace hearth. Pensive, he feeds his fire mechanically, exhausted by this day without flavor. Suddenly, a branch with humanoid forms reminds him of a puppet he had loved so much.
The bouquet is articulated around a vanilla cherry covered with chocolate with caramel chips. The attack is tender and deliciously velvety. The mouth is an extract of liquorice mixed with pepper revived until the final by a chicore roasted.
A perfect wine that has nothing to hide.
Elegant, with roasted plum and black cherry fruit flavors, showing savory spice, black olive and mocha accents. Bright acidity and integrated tannins add support through to the mouthwatering finish. Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah. (
