The palate is round and ripe and supple with white fruits and minerals. This is a superb Muscadet to drink over the next ten years, also decant for the best showing.

100% Melon de Bourgogne. Pépière has vines in a couple of different zones of the cru of Monnières-St.-Fiacre (including the lieu-dit of Gras Moutons which is separately bottled). The site for this bottling features 60-year-old vines on fine, sandy, gneiss-rich soils.
