Red Sancerre Eric Louis unfolds a very beautiful substance, carried by a full and generous vintage. The Pinot Noir grape variety expresses all its fruitiness through notes of redcurrants, wild strawberries and cherries.
The flesh and firmness form a perfectly successful ensemble that we will enjoy drinking with a grill, or a little later, with a beautiful simmered meat. The supple and velvety tannins typical of Pinot are particularly flattering in this vintage.
