This 100% (organically farmed) Grenache is fermented whole-cluster in concrete vats, then aged in old oak foudres (giant vessels that impart no tannin), allowing the fresh-fruited juice to shine.
This palate is rustic and chunky, with loads of dark red and black fruit on the palate and notes of pink peppercorn on the nose. Not your typical fruit punch Grenache!
