With its pale pink hue, this rosé, made from 40-year-old vines, shows refined aromas under a bouquet of white flowers, apricot, and garrigue. The mouth-feel is round and powerful with a long finish of citrus. Pairs well with refined, sophisticated fare.
A very classy rosé made of Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah. Typical pale colour with notes of strawberry and rhubarb. Palate is crisp and fresh with delicate, juicy red fruit and a mineral edge. Serious, but very enjoyable, and a perfect match for Mediterranean food.
This vintage Minotaure develops, in the nose, aromas of white flowers, peach and citrus fruits. His mouth is supple and fresh with one finale fruity and mineral.
