DESCRIPTION
The very translucent color is between ruby and vermilion. The nose is rather discreet, on sour cherry and spices, with a touch of orange peel.
The palate is round, very ample, airy, deploying a caressing substance of spidery finesse, with fruit and freshness unusual in Roussillon, on the Montmorency cherry; peony, and always that touch of orange. We find the latter in a tonic and joyful finish, finely biting, on an explosive morello cherry tempered by sweet spices.
