Domaine Christian Moreau Chablis Vaillons 2019

It has a lovely bouquet, quite complex, the orange pith and lemon verbena combining nicely with flinty scents. The palate is well balanced with an energetic opening, a slightly honeyed texture and a judicious dab of spice. Very harmonious all the way through to the finish.

There is a sense of panache about this Vaillon that is very compelling.
