Domaine Bousquet Merlot 2019

Made from organic grapes sourced mainly from vineyards in Tupungato at an altitude of 1200 meters (4000 feet) above sea level, one of the highest points in Mendoza. It is 100% Merlot, the wine has been in contact with American and French oak during the fermentation and then aged for 4 months in the bottle.

Dark purple color with red tones. Aroma full of tones of ripe cherries and blackberries with a hint of chocolate and fine sweet spices. Full and rich taste with a dominance of red accompanied by tones of coffee and a slight hint of aging in an oak barrel. Long-lasting taste with soft velvety tannins. Ideal for red meat, sauces, cheeses and pasta.
