Domaine Blain Cote de Brouilly Pierre Bleue 2014

Pierre Bleau is a small south-facing parcel on the steep slope (up to 50%) in Brouilly, planted with old Gamay sticks and grown ecologically. 100% whole grape cluster, fermented on the natural yeast, after which the wine is stored 5-6 months in large old oak barrels. No filtering or clearance for drainage.

In the taste, the wine has both the Gamay grape smooth and breathtaking, combined with Brouilly's slightly angular touch. The terroir, which is extremely rich in granite and schist, is distinguished in taste, which has a nearly limestone / mineral flavor in the aftertaste.
