Bouquet of frosted vanilla, lemon, and light oak. Mouthfeel is medium-full bodied with medium high acidity, fresh minerality, and crisp flavors of lemon drop candy side by side with buttery vanilla notes.

Domaine Bernard Defaix Chablis 1er Cru Cote de Lechet is a lovely Chardonnay chracterized by its aromatic richness and its fine mouthfeel.  Full-bodied with pleasant stone fruit notes.  Stony terroir leads to a clean minerality on the finish.
