DESCRIPTION
Very strong yellow, barely visible perlage. The nose for immersion, ripe but not overripe, notes of yeast, exotic fruit, guava, candied fruit, also mushroom and hazelnut, very complex. Powerful on the palate, full-bodied, almost two mouthfuls of wine, excellent structure, matured to the point, this is great cinema, vinous, powerful, at the same time chalky-cool and elegant.
In the finish with a wonderful length, ending on a caramel note. An excellent champagne from a great year.
