The wine has a refined aroma, surprisingly pleasant and fragrant, with hints of white flowers, freshness of lemon and white peach. On the palate, the first sensation is extremely elegant, delicate, supported by a good structure and long, giving an overall impression of charm and harmony.
An excellent aperitif. Aligote goes well with grilled fish, meat, goat cheeses, parsley ham or snails. It is also an excellent wine to accompany salads, tabbouleh or stewed vegetables, and an indispensable ingredient in the classic Kir cocktail. It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 13-14 °C.
