The bouquet presents impressive concentration and intensity with aromas of black cherry, vanilla, and subtle note of smoky toast. Incredibly rich and juicy on the palate with flavors of blackberry melting seamlessly into a background of soft, velvety tannins.
Grown in the Limoux appellation which enjoys an Atlantic and Mediterranean influence, ideal for Pinot Noir.
Classic cherry fruit with notes of dark chocolate. There’s a hint of herbs on the nose which adds to the complexity & a light to medium body that will not overwhelm a nice chicke or fish dinner!
