Dolcetto Langhe, Silvio Grasso 2020

Dolcetto is the typical everyday wine in Piedmont. Silvio Grasso's Dolcetto is simple but full of taste with fermentation and short maturation in steel vats. The fragrances remind to violet and red fruits.

Gorgeous dark ruby in colour, aromas of violets and subtle cherry rose from the glass. The subtle floral taste rounds out to include a soft core of plum and cherry. The finish is elegant and filled with minerally flint elements.
