The colour of this wine is a ruby red one, with some yellow-crowned nuances: it smells fresh and soft, with mature cherry’, blackberry’ and current’s hints. Moreover the taste is dry, warm and fruited with a light aftertaste of almond. This is an excellent wine that accompanies every kind of meal or in alternative it is perfect in combination with salami and a typical Langa cheese called the ‘ Tuma di Langa’.
