• 100% Dolcetto from 1 hectare of vines in the Bussia cru of Monforte • Helvetian soils with clay sediments, blue marl, and tuff • 300 meters above sea level • Fermentation and maceration on the skins over ten days • Aged for 6 months in stainless steel and 6 months in Slavonian oak casks prior to bottling • 750 cases produced annually
