• 100% Dolcetto d’Alba from mainly clay and calcareous marl soils within the Monforte d’Alba • exposure faces the north, about 350 meters above sea level in altitude • 20 year old vines • maceration on the skins in rotary fermenters with temperature control between 25-30°C for about 5-7 days. Followed by aging in stainless steel for 10 months, until bottling.
