Nebbiolo grapes are harvested from the younger vines to produce the red Valtellina “Olè” of the Dirupi company, a wine that manages to amaze in its simplicity. Refinement lasts a few months and takes place only in steel, in order to preserve the freshest aromas and give the wine lightness and freshness.
Floral notes and small red fruits precede a dynamic and exuberant sip, perfect for an aperitif or for the lighter dishes of Valtellina cuisine.
