Hand-picking in 12Kg crates, refrigerated in cooling room, double manual selection. Maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. 12 months in french oak barrels, 30% new oak.

Deep red color with ruby hues. Aromas of ripe currants, chocolate and pepper. Presents a good depth and concentration, with fruits like cassis and blueberry with a persistent and long-lasting finish.
