The wine was matured in stainless steel to emphasise the natural cool freshness of the Riesling. The aroma of the estate Riesling is very clear and tidy, with citrus freshness and a discreet slate note. On the palate, juicy, fresh acidity, but also subtle and delicate.
With a slender body, low alcohol and a beautiful, straightforward flow, it offers a lot of verve and finesse. A strong Gutswein!
